Foxy Brothers

Description : Foxy Brothers Here’s a vibrant, textured painting that brings the charm of two domesticated foxes to life. Measuring 121 x 91 cm, this captivating piece shows the relaxed duo in bright orange and red hues, comfortably settled on a couch as if they've just finished a marathon of National Geographic nature shows. Dressed in pants with belts and one donning stripey socks (inspired by the my own socks worn during the creation process), these foxy brothers exude a sense of joy and coziness. Their fluffy tails, prominently displayed on either side of the couch, add to their endearing appearance. The background features a mix of jars, books, an old camera, and a couple of small white windows, adding depth and character to the scene. This playful and humorous piece is perfect for anyone who appreciates unique art with a touch of whimsy. Inspiration: I drew inspiration from the comfort of home, the playful nature of foxes, and the simple joy of wearing fun socks. The result is a delightful and heartwarming painting that invites you to find happiness in the little things and to appreciate the warmth of companionship.

My growth as an artist

Since early childhood, I have had a passion for art that has only grown stronger with time. I have had the privilege of receiving both formal and informal education in the field, which has helped me to refine my skills and develop my unique style. After completing my degree in Ukraine with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and Primary School Teaching, I moved to Australia in 2002. Since then, I have continued to explore different mediums, including porcelain art, spray painting, oils, watercolour, and acrylics.

One of the most significant factors that have contributed to my growth as an artist is the amount of time I have spent practicing in my home studio. Through countless hours of experimentation and exploration, I have been able to refine my technique and develop my own artistic voice. Additionally, I have been working with children for many years, both in the classroom and as a parent. This experience has allowed me to share my love of art with others and to encourage them to explore their own creativity.

Overall, my journey as an artist has been filled with challenges, but it has also been incredibly rewarding. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to learn and grow, and I look forward to continuing to explore new mediums and techniques in the years to come.
